Third race promises an exciting rematch between D’Ieteren Luxury Performance by NGT and Belgium Racing
Multiple teams in contention for podium success in the Ardennes
Zonhoven, 2 July 2025 – Following two events, the opener in mid-May at Circuit Zolder and a second round in early June at Spa-Francorchamps, the Porsche Endurance Trophy Benelux is gearing up for round three of the 2025 season. Once again, the legendary Ardennes circuit will host a 125-minute race on Saturday 6 July, held within the Belcar Endurance Championship and during the popular 25 Hours Fun Cup weekend.

As in previous rounds, the Porsche Endurance Trophy Benelux forms an integral part of the national Belcar endurance championship. A demanding 125-minute contest awaits the teams and drivers.
The spotlight is firmly on the GT Cup class, where the title battle continues to heat up. D’Ieteren Luxury Performance by NGT opened the season with a victory thanks to Glenn Van Parijs and Robin Knuttson. In race two, Belgium Racing struck back with Dylan Derdaele and Jan Lauryssen steering the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup – Type 992 – to a strong win. In the standings, D’Ieteren Luxury Performance by NGT leads with 90 points, closely followed by Belgium Racing with 86. The third race could prove decisive in this fierce fight.
Several other teams head to Spa-Francorchamps with high expectations. Belgium Racing enters a second Porsche 992 GT3 Cup for Michael Cool and Brent Verheyen, eager to build on their Zolder podium and make up for misfortune in the last round.

MM Racing, fielding the Meurrens brothers – Mick, Steve and Tom – secured a podium in the previous Spa race and are aiming to repeat that performance. Russell Racing by Art Racing I Pitstream, with Christoff Corten and Jamie Morrow, also hopes to make a strong impression.
A noteworthy newcomer is WDP by NGT, making its debut in the Porsche Endurance Trophy Benelux with a Porsche 992 GT3 Cup. The team is looking to challenge the front-runners right away with a competitive performance.
In the GT Sport category, JDK by NGT remains undefeated with their Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS, driven by Juna-Jane De Keersmaecker and Benjamin De Cock.

Timing
Free practice for the Belcar Endurance Championship will take place on Friday from 13:40 to 14:25. Qualifying follows between 17:50 and 18:35. The main race begins on Saturday at 13:25 and concludes at 15:30.
